The Power of Total Rewards to Cultivate the Relationship Between the Employer and Employees

Join the NVTC HR & Benefits Committee for a roundtable discussion focused on HR total rewards facilitated by Shell Walser, Senior Manager of Total Rewards at the Consumer Technology AssociationTM (CTA).

Do you strive to build loyalty within your organization, shape a motivated and engaged workforce and have the right people in the right jobs to meet your organizational goals? Building or expanding your total rewards strategy can help you meet these objectives. In this session we'll dive into:
  • Strategies within the key areas of total rewards including compensation, benefits, work-life management, recognition, performance management, and staff development
  • How total rewards strategies should tie into organizational strategies and corporate culture

    Whether you have experience with total rewards to share or want to learn more in a small group discussion, you will gain knowledge from your peers to create or expand your total rewards strategy to attract, retain, motivate and engage your workforce.

    Additional Instructions: See the concierge in the first floor lobby on arrival to sign in and receive a visitors badge.

    Driving: Complimentary parking. Press intercom at bottom of driveway and tell concierge you are there for NVTC event. Best parking option is on G3 level. Taxi/Uber: Drop off location is our semi-circle driveway

    Registration Policies

    All attendees must have a paid registration to enter an event. Advance registration and payment is required. Pre-registration will close 24/48 hrs prior to the event. Once pre-registration has closed, all registrations will be considered a "walk-in registration" and will be assessed an additional fee to any payment rendered. Events for which payment is not required will not be assessed this fee. For sold-out events, no walk-ins will be accepted.

    Photo Release
    By registering for this event, I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction, in print or electronic format, by NVTC or its authorized agents, of any and all photographs which may be taken of me at this event, for any publicity purpose, without compensation. I acknowledge and agree that all images, whether electronic, negatives and positives or otherwise, together with the prints, are owned by NVTC. I hereby acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and understood the terms of this authorization and release.

    Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to events@nvtc.org more than two business days in advance in order to receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.
