8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Program

In May 2019, FireEye and Verodin combined to become a leading force in providing world class cyber security services. Please join us for an intimate conversation with Barry Stern, Vice President of Finance, FireEye and Ben Cianciaruso, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Verodin who will share their story of FireEye's acquisition of Verodin, with perspective from both sides of the deal.

Since its founding in 2004, FireEye has become one of the fastest growing publicly traded global cyber security firms. Following its IPO in 2013, FireEye acquired Mandiant for $1Billion and went on to conduct several more strategic acquisitions to eventually growing into a $830 million company today. Their latest acquisition, valued at $250 million, illustrates a carefully crafted business strategy that continues to play out in today's competitive M&A technology landscape.
