Nominate a Rising Star
This award will recognize a rising star for outstanding contributions as part of the financial team, with primary focus on performance and accomplishments in 2024.
A rising star should have enough experience and seniority to have a significant enterprise-level impact, through his or her contributions.
Rising Stars have demonstrated the following criteria:
- Being part of the team – collaborative, excels in providing leadership that was key in any of the following areas:
- Aligning or drive key strategy
- Applying analytics or technology that get beyond data and provide insights that lead to action
- Partnering with operations to help drive success
- Developing and motivating staff to ensure the team continues to grow in excellence
- Eagerness for development, shows innovation and initiative
- Contributes to the industry and/or their community
- Ability to adapt in high growth and changing environments
- Communicates effectively with executive team, other employees, shareholders and board of directors, and customers
- Likelihood for future success in leadership role
