Mission Statement

NVTC NextGen Leaders brings together the future leaders of the technology industry in our region and provides a forum for rising professionals to connect and engage with senior executives in the technology community, share best practices for young professionals, and develop content, resources and networking events that help to build a regional community of emerging leaders.

Goals:

  • Build a regional community of the future leaders for the technology ecosystem.
  • Provide a forum for companies to share best practices for recruiting and engaging young professionals.
  • Connect senior executives and young professionals to provide cross-generational insights on careers, industries, leadership, corporate strategy and challenges.
  • Provide content rich events and programs to allow for discussions around the next generation workforce and industry and regional trends.

Members of the NVTC NextGen Leaders are working to fulfill the group's mission and achieve its goals through a variety of working groups including events and programs, mentoring, research and community.
